A gem of a find a couple of blocks south along the beach from the central plaza. We shared an order of the tacos for two and it was really good, served in an elegant cup like container with a basket of tortillas. We ordered guacamole for appetizer which was also good and had more than enough. With good margaritas... More

We had the grilled fish platter for 2-3 for a whopping $16. I had lots of kinds of fish, and some were not our cup of tea, conch (endangered now) and a few others that here like chewing rubber bands. The shrimp and white fish and mussels were pretty good. Tho all were very oily (it was called grilled fish).... More

We booked via Open Table for Christmas Eve and got a confirmation. When we got there (precisely on time) the restaurant wasn't open. If they can't get this right can they get anything else right?

my heading pretty much says it all. Feels like a more authentic/local place than the average place in other places in Puerto Morelos.

We wandered the streets of Puerto Morelos for a few hours and popped into this restaurant just because it was handy to our location when we were hungry (and thirsty)! Of course it helped that the translation for La Panza es Primero is "The belly is first" - LOL! We were a group of 4 gals and ordered up a... More

We booked this through our travel agent at our resort. I was hesitant to snorkel near Cancun...afraid I would be disappointed after snorkeling in Cozumel & Belize, but I have to say I was not disappointed. Of course, it was not as extensive as Belize, but we saw many different colorful species on our trip. We had perfect weather, and... More
