We are exceptionally fortunate that we live so close to this amazing country pub. We have just had an early supper of slow grilled lamb shoulder. It was gorgeous. Tender, full meat and flavour. The meat is local and high quality - you can tell.

Cosy, old fashioned pub with a good choice of food. Homemade pub grub with good portions and nice, relaxed atmosphere. Being able to bring the dog inside made it perfect!

Extensive menu of home cooked food, with a very decent selection for the children. A good selection of well kept ale, friendly service makes for a very decent lunch. On the Friday lunch that we visited, the Beehive was pretty busy, so probably worth booking.
