Called into this lovely cafe for lunch. Received a lovely friendly welcome from the owner. They also do pottery lessons where you can make you own pots/ornaments at a really cheap price. Hubby decided he’d like a mixture from the menu (burger chips and egg)...and it was no problem at all. The ploughmans was delicious. Will definitely be returningMore

We first dined at this Resturant in May this year, and have since returned twice. Mike and Dee, are very welcoming hosts, and are very helpful and attentive. The food has been excellent on all occasions, and great value for money, not only on price...but the standard of the dishes. They take serve wine from the local region, which the red is very good, and remembered last time we ate that this was our prefered tipple. Well worth a visit!!More

My sister lives locally and on recent visit from UK, she introduced my partner to the pottery, glazing dept. When we collected the ladies, we looked at the menu and booked a meal for 4. Returning at the weekend good menu selection, tap beer, varied...wine, owner(Michael) recommended red wine, spot on. Quality food, swift service, changes as requested. Def 5 *. British owners, good company, love it. We'll go back. Mick , Lynette. Yvonne and Barry.More

It looked like the kind of place to suit us nicely to have coffee after our walk but sadly we would have done better going straight home. It wasn't very welcoming and the coffee and dessert were ordinary. Given its somewhat isolated situation I think...it's going to have to sell itself a whole lot better if it's going to stay in business.More

I have eaten here a few times now and have enjoyed it every time, such a lovely little place with wholesome food and beer on tap. I recommend anyone in the area to pop in even if it's just for a pint. The prices are...very reasonable, I have never left the place without nearly collapsing in to a food coma :) The owners are lovely and welcoming and they even offer free wifi which is great considering it's location. Highly recommended.More
