Excellent experience for food, wine and athmosphere as well as hospitality of the owners ! We enjoyed the lovely soup, the tartar as well as a venison that was delicious. The wine recommendation fit the menu very well and we were happy to have come here

We have visited this restaurant for lunch. Atmosphere amazing, service top-notch. Grape must by Rariga winery was the best I have ever drunk. Food was also delicious however I expected a bit more from main meal and dessert. The starter was the best started I have ever eaten, smoked trout fillet with apple vinaigrette opened new taste buds.
For the main course, I ordered duck breast with plums. Overall the taste was great, meat was prepared very well but the combinations of ingredients a bit too typical and for me non-innovative. I expected to experience a completely new and surprising combination of flavours.
The dessert (curd gnochi) was very little sweet for me, but overall I liked the idea.
I would rate my experience 4.5 if I could. Food art was also on a completely new level, the started was nicely displayed.

Fantastic food. Everything.
We had broth, beef tartar, 4 main dishes from the menu, pear cream.
Perfect, everything SO original, exceptional, perfectly and precisely tuned, nothing is extra and nothing is missing. Congratulations, I appreciate, I recommend, I admire, I take off my hat :)
Beautiful environment, nice service, amazing cuisine.
We will definitely come back.

Incredibly slow service. Couldnt coordinate bringing soups at the same time, had to wait 10 minutes for a different type of soup. The cooks in the kitchen were having a good chat instead of focusing ob food. Brought the smallest bottle of water ever made on planet earth. The place is very nice, but significantly overpriced for quite regular local dishes.

Great looking restaurant, fantastic extraordinary food, perfect service. Highly recommendable. Alexandra was again our waitress and as usual she did a great job. Very friendly and caretaking. We will come back for sure.

Place half empty. We walked inside and needed to wait like 30 min for table, then we ordered, and we were told that will take like 30 min... finally was 50min!! Plates expensive for place 24€ or more, lemonade 8€, no snack during long waiting... and at the end they tell us that is better you call in advance to book a table, because maybe they are full. Never ever repeat.

Very pleasant visit, but too short. We hope to be back and stay longer. Food was fantastic and service too. We ordered chicken broth which was served with mini vegetable balls and thin pasta. Duck breast was served with marinated apples, beet root and mashed pumpkin. Delicious! One of the best duck dishes we have tasted. We were recommended very nice wine with the food. Very nice place in an old mill.

We were guest of this nice restaurant yesterday, I have booked a table for two via internet some days in advance but I had to call a couple of days before the date to make sure the reservation was accepted as no reply was sent back to me (they have told me that they have seen my email but they were not able to answer due to their "high workload" (!). Well, I did not give a lot of importance to it even I didn't like it because it was not in line with the type of restaurant I have chosen to celebrate Valentine.
Anyway, the menu shown on internet was very promising (menu without prices, as quite common for places of that level) as also the few pictures so I was happy to visit it.
The first thing i have noticed as we arrived was a very nice Christmas wreath on the main door (nice but a bit out of time....).
Soon they moved us to the "winter garden" area were 4 tables for couples where prepared,1 was already occupied. It was 18:35.
Another unpleasant surprise arrived as I asked to have the menu: the waitress kindly told us that there is only the Valentine Menu and was also surprised that nobody told us about it at the moment of the reservation (even it was not announced on their website). But ok, let taste the speciality of the house for Valentine (54 Euro), 5 courses' menu (appetizer, soup, fish, duck and ice cream).
The meal was very tasty and well prepared and arranged, the wine (Devin), despite its price (over 30 euro), was not very good.
The three stars i have given in my review are all for the meal and the place. The rest was quite average, including the service. We were served with the ice-cream at 21:25.....3 hours for a dinner (!!).
After a couple of hours sitting at the table, I was really boring due to the average waiting time between the courses of almost 35min.
So, in the end, nice meal, pricy (both expected) but tooooo long time spent for a dinner!

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The service is perfect and very attentive. The dishes were perfectly displayed on plates. We loved beef tartar and mint cake (5 stars). The fish and veal were perfectly prepared but slightly salty. This was a great food experience for us and we will definitely come back again. Thank You!

Food is absolutely amazing, from a moment you step in you are being taken care of by staff that know their food and wine. Environment is beautiful and really food is excellent, will go again definitely!

Our friends did recomment this place to us, but we did not expect that much. Food was absolutely great and we did not regret our visit. Wine selection was local and solid, but I would expect better selection of mainly red wine for such a good food quality. Service was very nice.
