Good food made to order backed up by very good quality real ales (Which the staff fetch from the adjacent pub for you)

Not quite sure what restaurant the negative reviewers further down the page were eating at; perhaps they'd be better off eating at a pizza hut. We were staying in the area for the weekend and were recommended the Richmond Arms by our host. The restaurant side was full but we were gladly accommodated, and then welcomed, into the WoodFired restaurant... More

After a cycle through the amazing local countryside was very disapointed. The pizzas were the thinest of thin crust imaginable with very little topping and a pretty hefty price. My advice would not to work up an appetite before arriving. Doubly disapointing in view of the main restaurant next door being so good.

We had been warned about the cost of the restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Nice surrounds, good pizzas, but for a large group of people an eye opening bill for a few starters and pizza. Too expensive us and for other locals who were with us to visit again. Apparently, the non-pizza mains are better value for money.

A friendly atmosphere with attentive service. We were a party of five and found the choice of pizza a little limited (only three varieties) and, as advised because of the size of the oven, they came in batches. We all enjoyed them but thought they were a tad expensive for the size. We ended the meal with delicious ice creams... More

Took my family here on a recent trip back to the UK. The rest of the family have previously been to the main pub/restaurant (and raved about it) but it was my first time to the Richmond. We had an early booking and when we arrived the alley was very nicely made up - perfect table laying with chilli oil,... More

Definitely the best pizzas I've ever tasted, i even got to cook my own in the pizza van. It was a really good setup and was really enjoyable, highly recommended.

we tried the newly opened Skittle alley for a pizza on a friday evening and was not impressed at all, it was cramped, noisy, unorganised with a very limited menu ( 3 pizza choices) my party of six was squeezed onto a tiny trestle table, we had to fight our way to the small bar to order our food, when...
