Both Brown's Beach House and Hali Kai in the Fairmont Orchid have the same wonderful chef concocting some AMAZING dishes. The restaurants were very careful about food allergies, which is not always the case in even the finest restaurants. The venison, the marlin and the...More

Dinner was fantastic. Great wine selection. And amazing views. To top off what was already an amazing evening, sea turtles were sleeping on the rocks on the beach out front of the restaurant and we saw a manta ray coming in to feed. Awesome, awesome...More

This restaurant exceeded all expectations. We were staying at the Fairmont and decided to dine at Brown's Beach House. It did not disappoint. We had a great table outside (almost everything is outside). So the waitstaff was fast and attentive. I was not that hungry...More

Group of 6 celebrating 2 kids college graduations. Tried all the fish dishes and the venison, they were all excellent. The chocolate fois gras dessert was terrible (felt I had to try it). The coffee creme brulee was delicious, although runny for a creme brulee....More

The restaurant is in the Fairmont Orchid hotel at Mauna Lani. It is an open air restaurant, with half the tables under cover, the other half with no cover. This tends to make dining interesting if the wind is blowing hard. The service is very...More

The Fairmont is a pace from the slower days of Hawaii. Elegant with high end service yet Aloha too. Wonderful food and menu in a tropical paradise.
