One of the best meals we had on the island! We had the dinner special, it was chicken with spinach and feta in a mango sauce, with a side of mashed potatoes and salad, and including a glass of wine, all for a very reasonable price. Our server Deedee was so friendly, great service, and chatted with us when we asked about some of her favorite places on the island. We will be back next time to St Martin, thank you!

We stayed across the street at the Hilton. It was a short walk to Juliettes Bistro. We had heard good things about it so we thought we would give it a try. My wife and I were sure glad we did. She had the crab cakes which she loved, and I had the chicken with Linguini. Both were great meals, and the staff was attentive and accommodating.
We ate outside and there was live music (saxophone player) on Saturday night. Our balcony faced the restaurant and it was busy for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Great breakfast spot. The location of this restaurant is great if you are staying in Pelican Key. They open at 7am for breakfast which is good since I am an early riser- even on vacation! My husband and I went here twice for breakfast. I had the French toast each time since it was so yummy the first trip. My husband had the waffle and then French toast and he enjoyed the waffle more. All waitresses were attentive getting us coffee refills and bringing the check promptly. Would recommend.

We had high hopes of eating breakfast here, but after driving around the area for 40 minutes trying to find parking, we arrived just minutes after they stopped serving breakfast. After we arrived we were told by the server that we could have parked in the hotel/condo parking lot across the street if we told the security guard we were eating at the restaurant. The servers were very friendly, but the lunch was just so-so in quality. The fish did not taste very fresh compared to other places we ate on the island, and the prices seemed steep for what we got. Based on the reviews on this site, I think breakfast would have been of better quality, but based on our lunch, we never had the urge to go back.

The location is at a busy corner of traffic, both foot and vehicle, with very close proximity to the beach, but it still has a secluded island vibe. Our server, Symone, was extremely pleasant and patient with our various requests and questions regarding the breakfast menu, and when two of the orders came out less than hot, she quickly brought it back to the kitchen for re-heating. The food itself was very tasty, nicely prepared and presented. My wife ordered the avocado toast, with egg whites on a baguette, with spinach, cheese and avocado piled high. I had the custom frittata with onions, mozzarella cheese, and bacon. The coffees, a bold delicious blend, were served hot with heated milk. The prices were reasonable and we will definitely go back. There’s also an interesting lunch and dinner menu, with daily specials, that we will have to try.

The food was great and the service was super. Our waitress, Enith was absolutely great. Very attentive and provided suggestions. My husband wanted garlic bread with his pasta, she suggested a baguette since they didn’t have garlic bread. The baguette was great, you can taste the freshness.

My husband & I had dinner (steak special) one evening and stopped by inside for coffee and croissants. Our steak was a bit tough, would not recommend it but I heard plenty other diners that were happy with their steak. The potatoes were great and french onion soup fantastic. They don't have a bartender but the wine was really good. The coffee and flaky chocolate croissants each day were amazing (so wonderful). Service was good and the location is great if staying at Flamingo or nearby condo.

Always love coming here, great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner was pleasant, made an impromptu reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Our server, Nuetessa was fabulous, very gracious and hospitable. Ordered the Grilled Octopus and my dining partner got the Lemon Chicken pasta. Her chicken was a little tough but the octopus was lovely, cooked in a mango sauce and served with white rice and vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower). Bill was around $92 and there is no service charge included. We left over 20% because Nuetessa was a lovely server. Dinner is more on the pricey side whereas breakfast and lunch are more reasonable. Love coming here, ask for Nuetessa!

Our first stop when we get to this wonderful island is Juliette’s for their Fondue and a glass or wine as we listen to sounds of the Caribbean Ocean welcoming us back. This experience is amplified by the amazingly friendly and attentive staff. One person in particular, Nauttessa, who has welcomed us back each and every time with a friendly smile and warm hello. She was the reason we would return several times during the week if only for a glass of wine and a dessert, although not to detract from the food because it was prepared to perfection and the presentation pleasing to your eye. Juliette’s has the right combination: location, menu and more importantly the binding element,.. your team. This spells success for Juliette’s.

We went there for lunch and breakfast the stuff was very friendly and informative about everything we asked them about the island and food. Themeca and Enith are the best they took care of us every time. The Johnny cakes and fried rice with mix meat was delicious. Thank you ladies shout out to the stuff and chef in Juliette’s Bistro.

This was a great option while staying at Simpson Bay Resort, as it's on the premises and is a nice, approachable french bistro. While we were here, they ran a special - free bottle of wine if you purchase fondue for two, hard to turn town. The fondue and french steak here were quite nice, and we also happened to eat here while they had live music, some nice freeform jazz courtesy of Choco Sax. All in all, this is a great option if you're staying in the Simpson Bay area for a nice evening out.

We had 2 different couples tell us that we would love Juliette's Bistro and so we decided to try it. First, we were immediately welcomed. The waitress, Nuetessa was helpful as we asked about a couple choices on the menu. The special was Red snapper, which my husband selected and I chose Juliannas chicken which had a delicious mango sauce over the spinach and goat cheese filled breast. It was full of flavor and literally had me making yum....sounds. The food was so good we had to have dessert, a lovely creme brulee. The 2 meals came to $65 before tip. It was well worth it and frankly we were pleased with the price too.

Service, food and ambiance were awesome. Nuetessa was one of the BEST servers we’ve had during our time in St. Maarten (Personable servers aren’t easy to come by on this island). The awesome sax player created a perfect ambiance. We had the fondue special and added chicken and beef for dipping and it was very good. Also, the pastries are delicious.

A juice was ordered and we were not expecting a full bottle of juice but a glass of juice… when communicated it was not what we expected, the answer was… “the juice has already been added and cannot be canceled”, even though it was not opened. We thought it was kind of inflexible. The drip coffee could not be upgraded to a latte…. But the food was really good, as well as the lattes. The menu accomodates multiple diets. Great relaxed ambience and besides the menu inflexibility, the servers were very amicable.

Really enjoyed the fondue special. They made our kids a half margerita and half plain pizza to satisfy our picky eater and save us from buying 2 meals for the kids.
We walked from our hotel but it is a steep curvy road and not sure where you would park if driving. Taxis are good but not cheap.
