HISTORY OF THE RESTAURANT The Stone Crab restaurant is located in a unique spot in the picturesque fishing village of Xlendi Bay, Gozo. It is situated at the water`s edge and sheltered by high rising adjacent cliffs. The restaurant opened its doors for business in the June of 1990. The premises date back to the late 90`s, as a garage where the boats of the family of Mr Bernard Cutajar were kept. The premises eventually were bought by one of Mr Cutajar`s grand daughter, who now manages and runs the restaurant. Over these two decades, the restaurant has gained popularity and has become a favourite among locals and regular visitors to Gozo. ABOUT OUR CUISINE The Stone Crab specializes in local

Staff very helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble.
Food is amazing from fresh fish which is caught daily to meat dishes cooked to perfection.

Went for a relaxing lunch with my wife and her sister by the sea and this place was perfect. The service was super professional with a friendly touch. The food was excellent. The sea, the ducks and the rugged setting of the cliffs were a...perfect backdrop.

I had lunch with my wife on a splendid day of November, excellent service, cordial staff and delicious food. I have been visiting this restaurant since the 1990's with my family and I was always satisfied.
