Not only did Aegir have an awesome venue, and a world class menu, but their beers have been nothing less than legend to me for some time. My wife and I enjoyed some amazing burgers here for dinner, but were also lucky to be able...More

Have to say food was really good. Had a great meal at the end of a long day with a couple of beers thrown in. Love the style of the pub/restaurant- contemporary twist on Viking hall. I wish I could stay longer. In fact why...More

It’s a 5 for the beer and bar, 3 for the food. Had the vegetarian plank with beer tasting at 595NOK - goats cheese salad (nice but unimaginative), carrot & broccoli in a cream broth (warm), chickpea burger (best thing on the plate), quorn (the...More

Had dinner here on our first night, we shared the goats cheese starter first which was slightly odd as more of a salad and not what we expected but still tasted lovely. Had the salmon and chicken burger. Both tasted lovely, not massive portion on...More

Had some lovely food here, in a very nice atmosphere. Food tasted great and had some viking/nordic themes built around them which added to the atmosphere.

I had the venison burger ... very good. My wife had cod ... equally good. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. An interesting wood decor throughout the pub. Oh, and the beer was tasty!!

In house brewery which has some great beers and a good selection from different regions. The prices are expensive, but as they are all over Norway, you are not getting drunk at these prices. Would thoroughly recommend popping in and enjoying the beer and atmosphere.
