Great lunch in a nice location. Quite good value, we both had pizza but could have shared one due to the size. Quite a nice variety for lunch or even dinner. Would recommend.

Cute train car and building, good pasta, awesome dessert. I had something that was like a cross between fudge and a dense brownie, and it was so good!

This restaurant serves good food at reasonable price. We tried pepperoni pizza, pork wings, creamy soup and carbonara, all servings are just enough for 1 person but I think the pizza is also enough for 2 persons. There are also wide range of desserts and...More

Hi all, I was reminded to write this review while looking at photos from our September trip through Norway. In Flam, we were happy that we wandered a little further than the first restaurant in sight, and I was happy I dragged my husband away...More

A surprisingly good lunch at a seemingly tourist-trap. You pay in advance and order, and then sit in a beautiful scenery in front of the fjord. The fish soup was delicious - very delicate and generously portioned. The ham and cream pasta was also very...More

In Norway everything is exorbitantly overpriced, so it was actually a relief to find a place that was only moderately overpriced for a change. Which means, by Norwegian standards, this was cheap. It was even cheaper than the food carts just outside which provided for...More

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that we compete very well with most other dining options in the area. The prices are, as you say, more than acceptable in a high-cost location like Flåm.

we had pizza, sandwich and the beet salad. We needed to kill some time between the boat ride and the train. This was a nice spot to eat our lunch. There is not a lot to choice from in Flam.

Thank you for the review. However, based on your comments, we'd wish for a higher rating than 3 points...?

I had lunch here last week while staying in Flam. The vegetarian pizza was really nice and the beer was a decent price. It was a beautiful day and I sat looking at the mountains while relaxing. Staff were friendly and the place was pretty...More

Why do you have to make your own drinks in Norway? We sat in the railway carriage but it was falling apart. One original compartment remained but it was full of junk. Food was not that greatMore

Staying in Flam, and we looked for reasonably priced dining options. Tried the Toget Cafe. (Background -- everything in Flam is overpriced, as it's a beautiful spot with significant transportation costs. That's not the reason for this poor review.) I ordered what was described as...More

I am sorry to hear that the fish soup and sous-vide pork was not to your satisfaction. We do get many good comments on them + naturally on our home made pizzas.

I agree with everything that Pamela S has said except we found the quality of the food to be reasonable. I wouldn't say "very good" but maybe just my personal view.
