It was Sunday lunch time on a very hot summer day and the restaurant was very busy. We waited 10 minutes to be seated by a very rude man, who was obviously overworked. "no reservation? well sit there" We waited and waited then went and found our own drink and food menus. We still waited, but no one came near.... More

Unformal restaurant close to Best Western hotel. Fine place with swimming pool and nice outside areas. Good service , good food. Pricing is reasonable but not cheap. 46 euro for 2 persons main course and 1 glass of house vine , and one beer. Recommend as a good place to eat .

We had not been back at la Paillotte since 2013, and my kids were just raving of the place. They loved their ribs, chicken wings, and I loved their beverages. We came back and enjoyed the nice weather, on a great terrace. The menu changed, but they kept their winner ribs, fajitas and burgers. My son had ribs, which he... More

We did not have much choice. Empty when we arrived but finally we were not alone. Decent food and friendly staff. Probably very nice when crowded on a Saturday night.

One has to know that standards of burgers in France are really quite low. We love great food but for some weird reason, we just don't know how to prepare burgers. Even taking this fact as granted, the Paillotte is nowhere near the top as far as Tex-Mex places in France are concerned. This being said, staff is friendly and... More

Good reviews got us to eat at this reataurant. The ambiance: near a pool of the Best western hotel. The food was cold, not enough, the look and the taste wer cheap. Certainly not in accordance with the price.

La Paillote is probably the best tex mex in the area. We go there regularly with friends (maybe 10 times in 7 years) and are always happy to return. They also have a nice selection of others meals (bbq, pizza). Staff is very friendly and the outdoor is just marvelous (the pool is incredible).
