A pleasent experience, good food and friendly staff - I"d recommend booking online, we went for cocktails and a 6 tapas menu + wine menu however they forgot to serve the red wine, during the tapas servings - not sure why. but had to ask for it. i would still recommend going there though.

My husband and I came here on the night of March 18, we both ordered 250g medium rare beef tenderloin, we both love our dish very much! One of the best we've ever had! Meat quality and chef's cooking skill are superb! Tender, juicy, smelting....They have one beautiful girl serving the whole restaurant, she is very nice, friendly, professional, and very pretty. We fully recommend this restaurant. 我和我老公24年3月18日来此晚餐，点了牛排，桑格利亚，冰淇淋。全都让人惊艳，非常好吃，超水准！肉的品质和厨师厨艺绝对一流！桑格利亚好喝，冰淇淋好吃！服务的女生非常专业，并且非常漂亮！这家餐厅肯定会留在我们丹麦行的美好回忆里。

Nice Sunday lunch

We had the pleasure of dining at Carlos on a Sunday for lunch. Fantastic tapas menu, with accompanying delicious wine. The food was nicely arranged, and the different dishes tickled all the right places on the nose. Really sweet and smiling young waitress who could answer all questions about the food and choice of wine. This is not the last time we eat at Carlos

Friendly, but very slow service and terrible food

This is supposed to be a lunch restaurant. Well, 1pm - and there was noone but my party of 5 people. Since it was a 'Spanish' restaurant, we asked for a sherry and some olives before our lunch. After asking for our sherry a couple of times, we finally got it after half an hour along with a small greasy pot with some olives - that we all had to take with our fingers. Not very hygenic. Not many 'tapas' to chose from, and I chose fish as I didn't think they could go wrong with that. They could! It was clearly a fish fillet that had been frosen and then deepfried till they were sure it wasn't frozen any longer. There was no fish left inside. And the bun was a dry white bun with lots and lots of 'remoulade'. It was inedible. The one star is because the waitress was friendly.

Unfortunately not a good experience with them. We arrive at the time we have booked, but wait 20 minutes for someone to come and accept our order. We order 10 dishes of tapas, as you have written the whole menu on their website, what it contains. 1. Rustic bread with Catalan aioli 2. Roasted bread with spicy tomatoes, olive oil and serrano 3. Farm cheese with homemade jam 4. Tuna salad with green 5. Oksemurt with madagascar pepper sauce 6. Boneed chicken lips in Sherry salsa 7. Chilli, lime and white wine 8. Chistorras in cider 9. Potato omelet with Canary mojo 10. Tiramisu with Marsala 11. Strawberry parfait with fruit coulis. So it sounds mega delicious for 359 kr per person. So we wait excitedly, but get very disappointed when the dishes come, as it is not 100% what they write on their website, as well as there is unfortunately no taste in the food, and it is unfortunately and completely fried. I think they have made small dishes and put the small bowl in the microwave so everything is just dry and equally valid. Tasteless experience that cannot be recommended

Visit the musical performance, the dinner was booked in connection with the purchase of tickets. Simply a terrible start to the evening. The restaurant was packed like herring in a barrel. The red wine was absurdly hot (which the sweet young waitress tried to explain to the owner, but was told that she should just pretend nothing). The food was tasteless and generally tarvelig, and seemed most like something made up in advance. The dish, by the way, was not something we would categorize as “6 dishes tapas menu” and was in no way worth the money. It is a pity that Fredericia Musical Teater is working with them!

Disappointing and tasteless experience with a lot of waiting time.

It was unfortunately a very disappointing experience eating street tapas at Restaurant Carlos last night. We chose the place because I had had delicious tapas there last year, but this time it was money out the window. There's probably nothing wrong with the ingredients, because their honey melon with serrano ham tasted fine, but the majority of the prepared dishes just weren't good enough. Meatballs and tuna salad without taste, salted almonds without salt that looked like they had been left for too long, chewy meat on the grill, dry chicken and paprika sausages, where there was no fat left to give flavor. On top of this, there was only one waiter for the entire restaurant. We managed only two servings in the first hour and a half. And each serving is therefore only six tapas. We had to start putting our used crockery on the empty table next to us, hoping to be noticed, because the waiter was also impossible to make eye contact with. The table across from us got up several times to ask for different things. It really shouldn't be necessary. We agreed that it was in no way worth the money and we will no longer be recommending the place to others as I have done in the past.

Really cosy and nice little restaurant. We went for lunch and they have a good selection of dishes on the menu. We went with one tapas and one lunch plate and they were both very good. Warm recommendations from us.

Surprisingly good food for the price, and actually a really cozy place. It's not gourmet tapas, but they don't promise that either. However, it is far better than so many other places. Would love to come again another day.

Really good food. Came with bread and aioli to start with. Had homemade lemonade on the menu. Food was really good and stood out from normal cafe food. We came upon the place by chance, look forward coming again. We had the tapas plate and the burger. Recommend both!

Delicious food- even for vegans 😉

Nice and cozy place and harmonious decorated. The food quality was outstanding! We took the tapas menu and asked for a vegan version (it's written as a possibility on the menue card) we got some really delicious vegan Spanish food and enjoyed the evening. The price is -in our view- a little bit expensive for 279kr/person so we chose to share one menue and as we were not so hungry it was enough. But I could have definitely also eaten a whole menue alone 😂😋 the waitress was very kind and helpful and gave a short introduction to each tapa. Worth the money!!
