It was our first time in Maloma and we had the set menu for 60 euro. It was fantastic from beginning to end, the dishes were full of flavour and very well prepared. The service was also a highlight, explaining everything and always seeking to make us have a delightful night. One of the best restaurants in Brussels without doubt!

Only one fixed menu that gets adapted in case of allergies.
Also wines limited to only 4 different ones.
But the menu was tasteful, and gives good value for money. some small errors as bread with black burned crust... you don t serve that... but overall ok
Friendly service.
Seating ok, small resto, acoustics were very bad though. Difficult to have a conversation on normal volume.
Good resto , that tries to offer something else.

Small restaurant with interesting fixed menu.
Some special tastes, but not all is good, sometimes it s a miss (somethings still to learn for the kitchen staff)
Service is friendly and good
Small wine list, good choices
Overall worth a visit and let you surprise.

Very slow service. The white of the perfect egg was not cooked, which is a shame because the rest of the dish was delicious. The crayfish dish was not balanced and too fatty. We really fell in love with the citrus pre-dessert and the chocolate dessert which was really excellent and not cloying or too sweet.
Price too high for all the reasons mentioned above. 95 euros without wine.

Excellent inventive cuisine...although a little fussy all the same....
Big downside: the price of the discovery menu...€90 excluding wine...which nothing justifies...

We went to the pop-up bistro to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary with our 18 year old son. The food was extremely creative and delicious. As Vegetarians, my husband and I had a gazpaccio, a plate of 6 ravioli to share between 2 and a dessert…. For a restaurant of this category it is extremely disappointing. Especially since we had to warn. They therefore had the opportunity to refuse our arrival or to adapt. The answer we received was that we were not the target clientele. Ok… but 3 ravioli…. Serious. That’s contempt…
I also had a glass of champagne with a questionable taste that I asked to change. What was done . And then in the bill, €18 of champagne… we had to point it out again. Extremely sad to have such a beautiful evening at €179 wasted and to have to eat a quiche on the way home….
