Well we set off from Calais to Corsica on the motorbike for our holiday. All places booked and THEN the French did as so often do- go on strike and blockade the oil refineries. So no fuel, holiday aborted. Turn around and go home? Well no, we went to Belgium! This was a late minute booking and boy was it... More

The service and decor was charming, as was the location. We were served an amazing amuse bouche of 3 cups of "tastes". We ordered the beef charolais which, while cooked to order, was a very poor cut of meat - full of gristle, difficult to cut, and hard to find meat to eat. Very disappointed as this seemed like a place... More

Having overnighted here some years ago and been very impressed with the restaurant at breakfast we decided to return for our 25th wedding anniversary and splash out on a couple of evening meals. The hotel was as we remembered it. It is a family run hotel just outside the small town of Bouillon. It is very welcoming, clean and well... More

hospitality, serenity, relaxation and gastronomy. This hotel is built in a perfect location, overlooking the historical village of Bouillon and its castle. A perfect way to unwind and relax, with owners that go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable.

The owner stands in the kitchen and has a degree from "Ter Duinen" in Koksijde and truly, he can come up with amazing combinations: try the "menu découverte"!

We have been there only for dinner. Isn t sophisticated, but the food was very good. The staff friendly, good price. Beautiful location, as you see Bouillon under your feet.

Very welcoming family run hotel. They try to go the extra mile. Very large and well-served breakfast, with lots of home-made things. Nice view, clean rooms, good setting. A real treat!

With a Gault Millau score of 13/20 and a menu that in terms of price and contents looked very promising, our expectations were set high. The evening turned out to be quite a disappointment. We were a group of 8, we arrived at 20:15, to be served our main course at 23:00. As it turned out, another, larger group that... More
