dumping the canal for awhile during our recent bike ride and taking to the back roads from Homps to Narbonne, one naturally traverses this little mountain outpost. About the only restaurant worth mentioning in town is C de M. a few hundred meters from the...center, its a park-like oasis for diners at noon or evening. Service was great, but we were the only people eating there at mid day. Wonderful salads and mineral water by the fish pond with wonderful arbors, and ample parking for cars and bikes. Pizza and seafood salad were the standouts for us. check out the pics!More

The place is clean, decoration sober and simple. The service is nice but quite long. The fish and seafood parrillada : everything was good, well grilled and warm when served. If you're very hungry then you would be satisfied since the quantity of food was...huge! Regarding dessert I cannot comment anything since the home made profiteroles wasn't available. No big surprise at this place, food is good, place is OK.More

Friends and I stumbled on this restaurant after a long country walk and were suitably impressed. The setting around the water feature was rustic and peaceful. Our pizza and salad was tasty and fresh. The service was slow but we were in no hurry and...just basked in the surroundings. Not sure I would want to eat inside. We also found the cost reasonable. Would definitely go back for lunch.More

The service was a little slow due to two large tables having just arrived but we'd been advised there would be a little wait so I can't complain too much. The menu and the food on the other hand was terrible. If your looking for...regional cuisine don't bother coming if your just after a steak or pizza on a terrace away from the road them this might suit you.More

This restaurant is in a lovely location and the food we had was very tasty. However it was overpriced for what it was. We had 2 pizzas, a steak, 2 soft drinks and a draft beer and were charged €63 which is high compared to...other restaurants in the area. That said, the service was good, the outside seating was very enjoyable and for those with small children there is a play area and even a large bouncy castle. Also, if you are staying nearby they do a pizza takeaway service.More

By reading other reviews I had some more expectations on this restaurant. It was not bad, but, for the price we have paid it had to be better. Although that night the restaurant had few customers in, I've found the service a bit slow. But...what really disappointed me was the price of a very low quality wine that I paid 13,50€. A wine whose cost was (I'v seen it on sell in a local Caveau) 3€ to public (more than 400% recharge!).The quality of the wine was very poor. Then 4€ for a bottle of local mineral water!.More

Restaurant was recommended by our B&B hosts who also made reservations for us. Friendly owners and good service. Food was good, fresh and plenty. Nice, relaxed atmosphere with lots of locals. Kids were welcomed. Large outdoor garden but too cold for this time of the...year. A 10-minute walk from the village which was fine as we did not want to drive. Walking home in the dark was nice but requires your attention as there are no sidewalks or street lights.More

Large outside eating area, smaller inside both generally rather bland. The food is interesting, well presented and cooked. Service is average. Not every restaurant can boast it's own Bouncy castle!
