The restaurant is really not open for customers except by appointment (mind you, not a reservation!). I) It is in the basement of the Tikves winery, which is an impressive facility. When we came to the location we had a very nice, short, tour of...the winery, but learned that the restaurant was not accessible. This was very disappointing as we wanted to have lunch there based on the Tripadvisor ratings. Moreover, their website is contradictory regarding the opening hours. We tried to have dinner the evening before and I even reserved the table for 19.30 online! When we arrived we were puzzled that the restaurant did not work. The security told us that they work from 8 am to 18 pm but this was not true either, as I explained above (it is not really open to customers) So better to plan another place if you don't want to be hungry and frustrated.More

I would highly recommend Tikveš Winery restaurant. Their amazing dishes, friendly staff, excellent Tikves wines and outstanding atmosphere were made for an extremely pleasant experience.

My husband and I had the set course wine lunch at Tikves and it was among the best meals ever. The main course was pork that melted in your mouth. I had the vegetarian option which came with marinated figs so sweet and delectable. The...wines perfectly paired with the food and we’re generously poured. Highly recommend this place!More

I've visited multiple wineries around the world for work, and this one is definitely among the best ones! They're great for bigger groups also, very interesting tour outside / inside, and the history of their winemaking is fascinating. Lovely restaurant is a hidden gem, and...we have enjoyed BEAUTIFUL dinners here!More

A friend and I arrived without a booking at 3pm. We had made a reservation online through the website but apparently it was for something else however they catered to us even though we were grotty backpackers. We were led through the cellar (spectacular!) to...the restaurant with 5 wines and a beautiful plate of wine cheese nuts and dried meats followed by a gorgeous poached apple desert plate. The service was impeccable and the wines did not disappoint. Will be recommending this experience to everyone! Perfect afternoonMore

Of course the Tikves winery is known first for its broad offer of good wines like Barovo or their Vranec. While having a degustation menu, we discovered that they obviously also have a brillant chef in their restaurant. A pleasure for eyes and palatine we...had a simply perfect lunch. Absolutely recommandable. Thank you, Tikves.More

It is hidden, literary, because the restaurant is underground on the same level as the wine barrels. So going into the restaurant means passing by the big and not so big casks of wine. Quite an experience actually. And the food is great. Love what...they did to the pork. And, of course, you are there for the wine. Dont hesitate to try the package meal!More

We were led to a restaurant in the basement, where we came after going through the marvellous cellars of the premises. The atmosphere was like in a wedding, with a waiter that explained everything at all times whilst serving 4 courses and 10 different wines...for not a lot of money. Its a must in Macedonia and I would recommend a whole weekend in Kavadarci as there are many other wineries to have tastingsMore

Did the wine tour followed by lunch. The tour is impressive. I didn't realise Macedonia exported so much wine. The cellars of enormous wine casks makes for some impressive photos and if you could bottle that smell it would be wonderful to take home. Following...the tour we sat down to a 5 course lunch with a different wine for each course. The stand out dish was definitely the prawns but everything was top quality and flavour. Followed it up with some more wine tasting. I have always liked their Temjanika which at its best is reminiscent of a nice Sauvignon Blanc but I had not seen their Viognier before and particularly liked it.More
