I desember 2018 åpnet Sebastián i Sandvika. Restauranten ligger i et koselig lokale – beliggende langs elvepromenaden, med solrikt uteområde. Sebastian er en nabolagsrestaurant med avslappet atmosfære, der du kan nyte mat inspirert fra hele verden og et tiltalende vinkart. Sebastián serverer småretter som er laget for å deles ved bordet, slik at man kan smake på en rekke spennende varianter. Velkommen til oss!

We were 4, 2 adults, a 15yo boy and a 12yo boy.
We ordered about 9 dishes and they were all good. The potatoes were outstanding, the meet balls were very good and the calimari was amazing.
I would recommend this place to anyone wanting Tapas.

All the tapas were delicious. Recommended items are calamari, chorizo, meatballs, cherry tomato salad. Price is reasonable compared to Oslo downtown.

Many restaurants are closed in Sandvika on Sundays. However, we found Sebastian conveniently located across the bridge from Bærum kulturhus. The interior is inviting, and the place has a true tapas touch to it. Our nice waitress suggested 2-3 small courses per person to share. We shared one tempura cauliflower and two mushroom risottos. The tempura was tasteless, but the risottos were excellent. The Italian Chianti was good and not too pricy. We rounded off with petit four and rosmarin creme brulee. They were both disappointing. Luckily the coffee was both strong and good.

I have been to Sebastian a couple of times and I love this place! Excellent, flavourful tapas made from the heart and you feel like you are at a top tapas restaurant in Spain.
The wines are the best, Val de Nora Albarino and Schäfer Riesling are recommended.
I really enjoyed the service, the employees are very serviceminded and makes your visit perfect.

Superb food. Good combinations of taste and flavour in all the seven we tried. The calamaris is top notch, and there were no disappointments, only true foodhappiness throughout the evening. Friendly staff, although one waiter for 12-13 tables will quickly sober you up, unless you order a bottle. We will definitely come back here with our kids. A very relaxed atmosphere, even in the midst of the corona situation. Dog friendly.

The service is so bad The guy smells a strong tobakk smell The service was extremely bad the food was so plane set meatballs was warmed in the microwave we got the food pretty fast but the drinks were so late if I was you I wouldn’t go here

This cozy restaurant has left the best impression,smiley and hospitable staff,dilicious tapas,wide wine list and wonderful dessert,located in the heart of sandvika.we will definitely come back !!

Nice and varied tapas, seasonal, and nice selections of wine.Crispy calamaris and fast and smiling service, whats not to like.Also must be one of the most beautiful locations in Sandvika.

It's an amazing place, the staff is amazing, frendly and funny, they take good care of their customers and are professional in their work, the food is tasty, and filling, you have a wide array of food to choose of, and all of them are tasty, i would recommend it to anyone, and will definitely come again!
