Been here several times. The menu has around 20 small dishes. But very nicely elaborated and presented. The average price is 5€ per dish and a couple can eat easily with 3 or 4 dishes to share plus a dessert.
The location is amazing, ib...the heart of the old town so it is a nice romantic walk.
Good for couples and also for small groups.
Staff was really friendly.More
We had heard you had to come when it opened to get a table, arrived 10min later but got a table right away in the patio, which was super cute. The food was really great and the service excellent, although sitting in the patio and...not the main restaurant, they never forgot about us. Would come back!More
La Cacherreria was recommended to us. Quite difficult to find it but definitely worth it. Excellent cuisine (with a difference) in the sense that it is very well presented- excellent quality and first class service. Local wines also very good and not at all expensive....Would definitely recommend this place. We will be making another visit before we leave CaceresMore
Ate here Jan 2019.
We had a bottle of white Melior, superb.
Tapas were - egg and foia, samosas, ravioli with anchovies, and croquettes.
Finished with chocolate mousse and chocolate rice pudding brulet!!
46 euros the lot.
Will...return if I’m ever in Caceres again.More
This restaurant is worth finding. It was recommended to us by a local guide. It is located in a small street in the old town in an old building. The surroundings look quite formal but the atmosphere is very relaxed. The service was prompt and...friendly, the food is simply fantastic at very reasonable prices.More
This place has gotten favorable press and seems to be the preferred tapas place. We were told to show up early (which means 8.30pm) if we wanted a table because the place fills up fast. There are lots of creative tapas to try and our...waiters were friendly and helpful even as the place got packed. We especially liked the cheese sampler, the truffled egg w foie gras and the chicken (fried) and mango salad. The decor is attractive...you'll have fun sampling the many delicious combinations! The bill was reasonable especially for the amount of food we got.More
We heard about evening lineups so went for lunch starting at 2:30. Lots of room and lots of attention from the very kind and helpful staff. Everything we had was imaginative and delicious. Just as the staff for their favourites. Most tapas restaurants here have...big patios but this is all indoors in a elegant small room.More
