Excellent food. Crescia is awesome; fried is both tasty and original, specially arancini with speck and provola cheese and mozzarella flavoured croquettes. Good desserts and beers too. Prices are absolutely reasonable, taking into account there's no waiting service. As for the '50s setting, guys you had a real nice inspiration! Definitively a smart shot.

As an English local to Foligno I have eaten here many times. Recently it was renovated, bringing a new selection of meals and a wonderful new set up. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with 50s music and style. There are quirky corners and friendly staff, and the food is marvellous to-boot! They even offer vegan cake!

Can't say anything about the food because I didn't eat there, but it's s handy place to get a drink or a cup of coffee or something while you're waiting for a train. (Station just across the street.) In mid-afternoon there was no-one else there except for someone who came in to pick up a takeaway. Friendly service. Prices for... More

The roast chicken is really good to take home or on a picnic. The potatoes are good too. I have never eaten here but it's got a really lively atmosphere and seems fun.

We were invited by our host Katia to go and eat at La Cresceria. The restaurant is nicely decorated 60's style and even the staff were dressed the same. Many interor decorations things are original. it's like being on Happy day's film set. The food was great and the service fast. In a few words it's a nice restaurant were... More

La Cresceria, in Foligno, is conveniently situated by the train station. Friendly staff and an interesting selection of well prepared, take-away food, which is otherwise unavailable on the train. There's lots of seating available, if the temptation to eat what you've ordered prevails!

In Foligno you won't find any fast food joints ( a part from a couple kebab spots) so this is a revisitation of fast food with an traditional Umbrian twist. It's an easy and handy place if you are going to the train station and need to grab some food, but I wouldn't recommend it. There are a number of... More

My fiance and I just went to Italy for our first overseas trip. When we tried to catch a train at Termini Station in Rome we ended up going in the completely wrong direction and in working our way back we ended up in Foligno. The train station referred us to La Cresceria as a wifi spot which we were... More
