We randomly selected Le Zinc for a place to eat our evening meal in Le Touquet. Decent bistro style atmosphere and good, friendly and efficient service. Food wise we had a pleasant time - the salmon tartare (lovely, well seasoned) and deep fried Camembert (bit '80s) for starters and then steak for the main course. The steak unfortunately was well... I'm not a lover of snails but needed to have them to impress my kids. I must say, at Le Zinc the snails were more than edible, I actually would order them again. Everything else we had was very tasty too. I would also highly recommend the Northern French-style tiramisu. It didn't bear much relation to tiramisu but it was... More

First visit to Le Touquet. Mid week November and very quiet, so decided to stroll around as no need to book. Found this by chance and what a lovely little place. My partner lived in France for a year and is fluent in the ways of the French :), and she said this was exactly how a local French restaurant... More

We walked in at a lunchtime and the staff were quite attentive and seated us efficiently and were friendly. The food is good solid French brasserie food. The prices were reasonable. Parking in Le Touquet is free from 12.30pm till 2.30pm so parking and getting lunch is fairly easy.

Visited for lunch and sat outside to enjoy the sun and people watch. Service was slick and attentive. Not the most exhaustive menu but we wanted mussels and frites! My husband chose the seafood salad and it was outstanding, full of flavour with large crevettes, slices of smoked haddock and salmon, served in a fresh salad with crusty bread it... More

We ate here for lunch. Mussels were a little small but tasty, service attentive. Price was OK for a place in the heart of the town.

Visited here for Tuesday lunch. Many restaurants were closed. Very limited menu, We had mussels which were very good. Sweet little place, good service. I guess a few dishes cooked right is better than lots not!

We went on a quiet monday night, with just us and one other table. The place was a little worn but cosy enough, with some inobtrusive music and a friendly enough welcome. Beer and table wine was good. The garlic moules and fries were also good and reasonably priced, and the special of chicken chassuer was fine, although it probably... More
