Make the long story short: 1. Ordered 2 meals, charged 3, paid by debit card 2. Being discovered, I asked and was told the excess charged will be refunded to my card 3. I asked for the receipt, it showed 'cash refunded' not to card (Tricky?) 4. Spoke to the female manager, she kept on saying 'I don't know why'... More

We ate here twice. The young lad that was Serving our table was very good, polite, smiley and chirpy. Drinks are good, prices sensible, portions are spot on. Ideal place to call in unannounced and refuel.

Come down for a quiet family meal. Took a long time to get served as ther was only one person between the 2 bars and got disturbed by loud annoying live singer

We run a social group for adults with a learning disability and had booked at the local Harvester but when we arrived they said they had lost our booking and let us down. We phoned the Running Horse and they were brilliant and said bring the group over to us. They couldn't have been more helpful. The service was quick,... More

Called in after visit to Legoland as we'd passed it en route from the Bracknell Central Travelodge. It's a chain pub but it has a large menu with plenty on offer. We were all happy wit our meals including our 5yr old and were just disappointed we didn't have room for dessert as they looked good!! Would call in again... More

We visited this pub on a break away in Bracknell. It came across as very much a 'local', cheap and cheerful kind of establishment. It was pretty busy but we ordered our food at the bar. The family next to us got the wrong meal or elements of their meal missing that many times I lost count! Something was missing... More

A very nice meal and very friendly staff, we just popped in for something to eat before the cinema, whilst several tables were complaining, our meal was lovely. The wait for the food was a little longer than we were told but no problems. I would eat here again
