Visited with my family for a birthday meal and food was terrible. Burgers full of grease and chicken burger overcooked. Very slow service. On the good side they did discount the bill after we complained. Have eaten at lots of frankie and Benny's and always been good. Don't know why this one is not. Maybe they were having a bad... More

We chanced getting a table for a quick bite to eat after a long Saturday at Legoland. The staff were friendly, welcoming and obviously happy in their work. We got a table, and explained we wanted to be in and out as soon as possible, as we had a very tired 2 year old with us, who could erupt at... More

I opted to have breakfast here. Pancakes with egg and bacon. It was good although my order was mixed up at first. Still a good experience and good food.

Greasy, low standard food. Avoid unless you've been starved for a month! I hate to give places bad revues as there are usually some good points. I guess the only good point about this place is, it's near to the shops where you can buy everything you need to cook a decent meal for a lot less cost. If Heineken... More

With places like this the food is always the same - you know what to expect and it more often than not delivers, so we werent surprised that we enjoyed our meals. I ordered the spicy meatballs, and my wife the chicken parmagiana, both excellent. The surprise is in the service, which can be a little hit and miss, and... More

Acceptable service but with delays. Food between poor or acceptable. Location good for parking but lots of kids always outside skating, shouting etc. Bar area smells awful, don't think they ever wash the bar towels for cleaning. Okay place but not worth the money

I have visited this establishment a large number of times, however I have never experienced such wonderful staff! The food was as expected, however being constantly checked on, plates disappearing almost as soon as we had finished! Such a wonderful visit!

I actually really enjoy the food here. There is a large, varied menu. Most of the meals I've had here have been very tasty, especially the puddings. Unfortunately the service is consistently bad. We went about a year ago for lunch, and after waiting an hour for sandwiches, we walked out hungry and went to McDonalds. However, we risked it... More

Me and my partner came here for lunch and the service we received was shocking. Our waitress forgot about our drinks, we waited for about 15 minutes for our refill pepsies and I had to ask our waitress where our drinks are, and only then she went and made them. The food was nice but the price is too high... More

Over priced food. Napoli salad: The chicken was cold, it was utterly tasteless. I had to put Salt and Vinegar on it to make it taste like anything. The Pasta Pomodoro had no basil, very oily, luke warm, soft yucky pasta. The waiters did not look either of us in the eye. When taking our order he seemed to want... More
