I love the Old Manor. Firstly it's a Wetherspoons, say no more! Cheap good food, such good value. An old Tudor building which has slightly lived in decor but I love the feel of the old Tudor walls and paintings like you've stepped into a 'ye olde tavern'. Leave before 9pm and you'll avoid boisterous youths on a night out... More

£7 for a pint and a hearty meal can't be beat. Speedy delivery of food, friendly helpful service. Not my choice for a night out but great to quench your thirst and fill the tum.

Ok so 'spoons' is what it is and serves 'good pub food' We had steaks one with chips one with a salad, great meat - what is not to like? It was our first visit and busy on a Friday but service was courteous and food came quickly. We may not have chosen the best table but if you want... More

Visited this place several times over the weekend of the red bull air race. Beautiful very old building with loads of out door spaces. Usual Wetherspoons value and food was fine. Staying at the travelodge down the road which is a 5 minute walk. Great place

Called in for breakfast and a real ale as usual today and after a longer than usual wait the breakfast arrived, lukewarm!! Never had the chance to bring it to someone's attention as nobody came back to ask if our meal was ok. Perhaps they knew it wasn't up to scratch so they gave us a wide berth.

Usual wetherspoons fare where the meals were nice at a good price. Good selection of local beers and helpful staff. I like the way spoons adapt old buildings and make them functional pubs and this one didn't let me down. Would happily visit again if in the area.

We were travelling & visited for Lunch on a Saturday. Weatherpersons standard menu, but not the best cooking. Items missed & although provided it was not with the best of grace. Could use more staff & a sense of direction to improve overall experience

Hi walliro, I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience here when you visited. We do try our best to provide a high level of service but on this occasion we appear to have let you down. Thank you for your feedback though as now I can pass this on to my duty managers and find out why this happened... More
