Interesting menu with traditional Maltese cuisine. The staff explains in a nice manner. The dishes are rather big, so come hungry. There is a special offer for a whole menu. We had fried rabbit with garlic, a horse stew and really good chicken breasts. We understood that the pig suckling was a favorite. The Maltese local wine was a traditional... More

I went to Gozitan for a taste of Maltese cuisine. Nice and quiet restaurant, friendly staff and great food. Rabbit stew and pan fried octopus. I can recommend this to anyone. Reasonably priced.

First place we ate when we arrived. There's not much to look at when you're seated outside and inside is very warm but they had some non intrusive live music which was cool. All reasonable prices and they chucked in some complimentary drinks which was a nice touch.

Well, there's always the food aspect to a restaurant, and I went (as usual) for the 'specialty of the house' this being baked rabbit à la Gozo. What ended up on my plate must have been the great-grandmother of Malta's arch-rabbit, possibly the sole survivor of the 1942-1943 siege. Always respectful of historical artifacts I left about 95% of the... More

very nice and traditional restaurant where to try some local dishes such as thw rabbit stew which is delicious. Portions are very generous and price is fair. Im only wondering how my bill was 19 if I only had the rabbit (15.50) plus a bottle of water ( which I don think it costs 3.50 ...) anyway food was delicious... More

Really tasty wholesome food - just what we needed after a day travelling to Malta. Full of locals, too - always a good sign :)

If you're on Malta, you have to try rabbit. It's national meal here. And their proposal of the rabbit is very good. Tasty and tender meat. Rabbit in stew is much better then rabbit with garlic.

Was recommended this restaurant by a local - for authentic Maltese cuisine and was not disappointed. The first time I have had rabbit and really enjoyed it. The rabbit pasta was delicious. The serves are HUGE and are reasonably priced. Liked this placed bounds more than any other of the restaurants I was recommended during my one week visit.

We wanted Maltese type food and we received it. We were told Malta has great Rabbit, Pork cheeks, and Octopus. And we tried it all here and it was great!!! They even had a live singer performing and the wait staff were extremely homely and nice. I enjoyed the "not touristy" feel and it was still within walking distance to... More
