Staying in the adjoining Travelodge we used the Little Chef twice for our evening meal. Due to the dirty carpets and run down condition of the seating area we opted to have our food in takeaway boxes. Fish/Scampi and chips excellent on both occasions. Some staff excellent others less so. Premises need a complete revamp. Use only as a takeaway!

Thankfully I used the toilets before eating because if the kitchens are as poorly looked after as the the bathrooms it would have resulted in a case of Delhi belly for sure. Filthy, disgusting and run down. Avoid.

This place is really dirty, from the cobwebs in the window to the chipped pots, broken cutlery and torn/broken seats. The paintwork is marked with food, posters are stuck on the walls with sellotape. A very sad place. Its a shame as this is all that I will remember and not how nice the food was.

We were staying at the adjoining Travelodge so visited this Restaurant as it was convenient. The menu is just your average cafe menu and the Prices for the Drinks a Little expensive. However, when the Food arrived it was piping hot, freshly cooked and tasty.

No atmosphere, Terrible music in the background and young staff who take an age to serve you. Two cappuccinos ordered and received. Produced by a machine and presented to us in filthy cups. Sufficiently filled with just enough caffeine to prevent me falling asleep but not enough to overcome the overwhelming urge to scream "get me outta here". Not likely... More

this was my first visit to a Little Chef my fiancee has been to many and likes the food. She ordered the chicken and bacon salad which surprisingly looked exactly how it looked in the picture on the menu . However I ordered the Hotdog and was very disappointed, the frozen chips were very dry and the bun which I... More

Very poor standard of decor, felt very dated & in desperate need of some TLC. Food was ok but the prices are far too high for the overall experience. Staff were friendly enough but won't be revisiting this restaurant.

stopped here for lunch - two soups and the prawn cocktail for me and a tuna sandwich for my wife. Good food and plenty of prawns but the soup could have been hotter. Good value.

This must be one of the original Little Chefs and the run down appearance and stained carpets do not enhance the eating experience. To be fair the food was OK. What was devastating was the state of the toilets. Had I gone there before and not after eating I would have walked away
