I really enjoy going to this restaurant, the staff make you feel very welcome, are very polite and genuine. The food is excellent, tasty and beautifully presented. If there’s nothing that you fancy on the menu, they will create something to your choice. Well worth...More

I recently moved to the area and have had a great experience with both take out and a sit down meal here. The food is great, and the staff are polite and professional. The restaurant has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and I'm looking forward...More

The Royal Bengal is back in Broxbourne after changing hands three or four years ago to Curry Stop. You won’t be disappointed. The food was excellent but the service was second to none. They are trying very hard to get back to how they were...More

Just had possibly the nicest Indian meal I’ve had in the UK for years. The service is always friendly and efficient. The guys have that on point. But the food tonight was fantastic. From the starters, the mains and sides, there was absolutely nothing you...More

It's fine for an average night out. But each dish seems to taste the same. I ordered mix grill and half the meat was previously frozen and tasteless. They need to step up I am afraid. The standard in the area is very high.

After being let down somewhere else at the last minute we decided to take a walk to our local curry house. We were a group of 6 and we were seated straight away and were pleasantly surprise by how good the food was. Waiters all...More

I reckon the staff think I can't cook a curry as we are here at least once a week if not more. Nothing is too much trouble

As locals we decided to give the Royal Bengal a try having changed its name from the Curry Stop which if I am being honest was a name I associated with a takeaway rather than a restaurant. I could write a long winded review but...More
