The atmosphere is elegant without being pretentious. The personnel, with some exceptions, is friendly and careful.
Not to be missed are the typical local starters, Gnocco e Tigelle, served with an plate of excellent cold cuts like Parma ham, Culatello, Salami, Bacon, etc.
Really nice home-made pasta. Tagliatelle Bolognese, fresh parmesan reggiano cheese, and a glass of Sangiovese made for a great dinner. Upon arrival, you're seated at a nice table and immediately get some hot bread and a glass of Prosecco.
