Simply the best!! Excellent local products cooked and served to utter perfection. All the flavours balanced and presented with pride. Excellent wine cellar and Paulo can and is happy to guide you so you choose excellent Umbrian wine.

Prepared pasta and pizza from scratch. Desserts (2) were also prepared - all of the above hands on! We received a lesson in making pecorino and ricotta cheese. Dinner with wine - happily consuming all we made!

We were with a tour group that had a cooking class included at this restaurant. This is one of the reasons we chose this tour. We love Italian food and experimenting. We made bread, ravioli, saw how cheese is made. Overall a great experience. A...More

This restaurant did not disappoint in any aspect: Excellent food, beautiful view, professional service, and superb value for money. Try the surprisingly varied cheese platter, and if you're daring - one of their special desserts.
