Great food, great wines, always buzzing, friendly staff, parking sometimes tight but never not found a space - lovely outside area and fun 'beds' for watching outdoor movies on - more than just the average pub they does good - this place never disappoints!

This gastropub is very popular indeed and has a good reputation locally, but unfortunately did not live up to this last night. At midday yesterday I'd booked a table for 2 for 8 o'clock that evening, but somehow the booking was recorded for the wrong...More

We had breakfast with friends at "The Brickmakers" and a wonderful feast it was to. Sunday morning breakfast will never be the same again? When friends suggested meeting for breakfast I would never imagined you would have to book a table? But having experienced it...More

This is a modernised pub serving interesting food and fortunately it has not lost the "country pub" feel. We called in at Sunday lunch time for a light meal and were impressed with the options available (many pubs do "Sunday Lunch" and not much else)....More

Description
Surrounded by woodland on the edge of Windlesham near Sunningdale Golf Course, The Brickmakers is a fine example of a traditional pub restaurant, with a large garden and ample parking. The welcoming bar area has a roaring log fire and a snug with comfy sofas, and offers a range of home-cooked light lunches, evening bar meals and local ales. The Brickmakers restaurant is housed in a bright and airy conservatory: warm and cosy in winter, and cool and colourful in summer. The restaurant has an extensive British a la carte menu, with traditional classics such as Cumberland sausage and mash with crispy fried onions, and carved roasted gammon with free range fried hen eggs and chunky chips.
