Took my parents for breakfast and was so disappointed. At first glance it looks very nice and seemed to promise a lot especially with the gigantic blackboard menu. Service was atrocious . We waited ages for coffee and except for the first drink we were never approached again during our meal to be asked if we needed any more drinks.... More

A regular at Mortons really like refresh, went for Sunday Lunch and nice and busy with good buzz. I have reviewed before and commented on service, which is much improved, nice smiles, friendly and attentive - just as it should be and it is. Sunday Lunch is one of the best around, really excellent. New menu is very good, nice... More

To be fair we never booked a table and it was a Saturday night at 8 asked if they had a table for two as as there was lots of tables empty didn't think it would be a problem the girl said order your drinks and I will call you over when the tables ready an hour later I asked... More

Food as always was great but always disappointing that you can never sit in the restaurant but have to sit in the very noisy bar even thought the restaurant is empty . We arrived at 5.15 and left at 6.30. I was told tonight that all the people booked in hadn't turned up! Really don't believe that as there was... More

Took some colleagues to this place for the 1st time. The staff managed to find us a table even though it was pretty full. Chose a great Lebanese sharing plate for the 3 of us. Mains were great and the ice cream/ geleto was delicious. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. Good value meal.

What a great place & doggy friendly too (BONUS). Very busy spot on a Sunday morning and deservedly so as the food is excellent. Had a full veggy fry with bacon. There was nothing left on my plate. The coffee is good too. A great place to catch up with friends after a long walk.

My Wife and I visited Mortons with friends on Sunday Feb 5th and we had a very enjoyable lunch. We had booked our table for 1.30 (good job as the restaurant was full ) and was seated at 1.15 and served our meals after approx 45 mins due to them being so busy. To eat we had the Ribeye Steak... First visit to Dickens Heath and it really is a model village... But with quite a price tag. Mortons is a pleasant deli in this quiet backwater and maybe it contains much of the atmosphere that is otherwise amiss in the Main Street area of town. I liked the friendly atmosphere and the food was very good - my daughter... More
