It's very busy & loud, but it's a nice atmosphere. Food is nice, reasonably priced. No free wifi which is something I think they should look into.

We ate there last night. The food wasn't too bad nothing special though, I tend to expect more from one of the Lovely Pubs chain. Secondly two of the main course specials had sold out which was also a little disappointing too. The service was OK although not great, we had to ask a few times for drinks that had... More

After a poor visit 12 months ago (disgusting toilets, slow service) local friends invited us back here. Sat down at 8pm, reasonably busy but not as packed as it can be, 3 of the fish specials not available, had to reorder whole meal! The food that came was tasty and service good, toilets still need attention which is a shame... More

My friends and I decided to go out last minute to Mortons last Saturday night and although the restaurant was crowded the wonderful Nicky found us a lovely table and had a round of drinks in front of us before we could say 'alcoholics!'... The order was taken quickly with advice given on the menu by the attentive staff, and... More

As with nearly all of the new style of pubs and restaurants, especially those in the Lovely Pubs ownership, because of the hard decor and the popularity they are extremely noisy. We arrived around 10am to find one table empty, which we took. We had free toast with a cuppa and then stayed for an early lunch. We had the... More

Great place. Very family friendly. But don't go for a quiet date or chat!!! It's busy, chatty, buzzy. Food is good but not great. But fine for a girls night out or a group of friends wanting something very sociable!

We took our American relatives for a relaxed evening meal. The whole experience ticked all the boxes. The service was excellent as was the food. The atmosphere was the usual very calm but with a buzz about the place. Our waiter was a 'new starter' and couldn't have been more helpful!.The only item that is a little negative is the... More
