I have eaten at The Granville numerous times but it was closed for refurbishment. The return visit was a disappointment. I had the fish and chips - the fish batter was very hard so the fish inside was rather dry, a disappointment compared to previous visits. My companion had the broccoli and stilton soup - green/yellow water. She had this... More

We called in for lunch on the way home from Leamington Spa. The bar man was friendly and efficient. The menu choice was quite wide, mainly pub staples. The drinks arrived almost immediately and the food followed quickly. The value for money was fair. My wife's caesar salad was excellent as was my burger.

The pub was packed,so bit of a wait on food but so worth it,the pizza was exceptional, full of flavour, stone baked and homemade, good amount of cheese. Praise to the blonde gentleman member of staff who was running around ragged for most of evening, his service was brilliant and he kept you informed on the wait time.

Called in on a wet Wednesday evening at about 8:15. Had been travelling back up from London with colleagues and we decided to stop for a bite to eat. A quick Google found this place with good reviews and good menu. The pub is a couple of minutes off J15 of the M40 and easy to find. Parking was no... More

Whilst staying in Barford we were looking for somewhere for lunch and came upon The Granville. The welcome was warm and friendly, shown to a table quickly and provided with drinks from a well stocked bar. The food was very good. It was freshly prepared and delicious. The decor was clean and tidy, and the the meal was priced well.... More

We popped in to the Granville pub on Saturday afternoon, on our way to Wariwck. We always have our two dogs with us and they were made to feel very welcome with a bowl of water and a couple of doggy treats provided for them. My husband had the sardines and I tried a homemade pizza, both were absolutely fantastic,... More

We had not been here for sometime but decided to try the new reopened restaurant. The staff were absolutely delightful and some of the best we have met. However my main course although very tasty was just luke warm, which was a sham. The renovations look good on the surface but the back door is rotten and screwed shut making... More

Visiting my son in historic Warwick for bank holiday he took me 5 minutes by car to Barford, where we ate Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch in The Granville. Saturday's mains of lamb cutlets was to die for, whilst my son's squid with chilli was also perfect. Sunday roast is normally a let down for me when comparing... More

My Wife and I arrived 8.30 -ish on Friday 20th May 2016. The restaurant was about one third full, not much atmosphere. Typical 'modernised' pub decor and shopfitting. We waited 15 minutes for service to order a glass of wine. Ten minutes later we reminded the manager who happened to pass outr table. We waited a long time for a... More
