Not a great place to find, we lost a few times but found it at last. The carpark is huge and the place is quite big too. As there were several of us, we had to wait for the others who got lost along the way before we got seated. The staff were very efficient at serving us drinks and... More

After driving pass on numerous times we finally decided to give it a try. The car park was full to the point there was nowhere to park. A good sign to me that this is a popular place. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and seated at our table straight away. I was surprised how big it... More

We met up with family for lunch. We intended to sit in the garden with our dog, but was windy, there was no problem taking her into the bar area. We ordered sandwiches which were served with side salad. They were fresh and wholesome very nice. The tables were a !little close together as we had the pram too. But... More

The Parson Woodforde is a delightful old inn, full of character and stylish with friendly staff who clearly want you to enjoy your visit. Those in our group who chose from the extensive menu found the food to be excellent, piping hot and beautifully presented. The sandwiches, made with fresh home-made bread, were delicious and the portion sizes very generous.... More

Quiet pleasant room and a good breakfast. We would recommend to friends and would certainly return if we were in the area.

We visited this pub whilst away for a few days in Norfolk. We received fantastic helpful service and the food was excellent. One of the best meals we have had!

On a beautiful sunny morning my husband & I decided to cycle from Taverham for an outside breakfast. We had passed earlier in the week to check the service times which state by the door outside breakfast served until 11.30am. It was 10.50am and once we arrived we were told breakfast finished at 10.30am. When I pointed out the time... More

After reading many positive reviews on Tripadvisor we were looking forward to a nice night out at The Parson. I'm not a fan of negative reviews but I have to be honest and say that our meal did not live up to expectations. The menu wasn't that comprehensive, no chicken for example, so I chose a steak which unfortunately for... More

Came here for a family meal and i must say its a lovely pub in a nice location. However the rest was not up to scratch. Started off badly when drinks were ordered to be served a dirty glass. This was off course replaced but with a warm one with no ice. We then sat down to order food only... More
