We do have options. Salads, appetizers, even most our house made Gelato. We make a GF crust as well. If it is a severe intolerance, I do caution everyone in that we have only one wood fired oven, so everything we cook or prepare goes in and out of the same oven. We do our best to isolate as needed, use separate utensils etc., but I know we cannot be 100% effective.
