This was a great place to celebrate my birthday. Seafood Gumbo was wonderful. Waiter was very nice. The birthday dessert was delicious. Very good food for a decent price. I will definitely go to The Grand Marlin again.

Marlin Bar is a special place in Romblon, Thank you so much for your outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality shown to all my friends who attended your restaurant during this year from Australia . It was without a doubt one of the most memorable places they attended – the beers always were so perfectly chilled, with the food items they... More

This place is outside of the town of Romblon. It's a 10-15 minutes tricycle ride but it is worth a visit. It is particularly nice to spend a late afternoon with family or friends, drinking some of their cocktail drinks (they have a good G&T), having pizza or appetizers...it is quite a relaxing place, coupled with a beautiful sunset along... A lot of the food is actually imported from Manila, so the menu is different from other eateries on the island. Sad one can't make more of local ingredients but the reality is that it tastes better here! Reasonably priced quality dishes with a fantastic view of turquoise blue waters and view of the island opposite. A favorite with the... More

We ate at the Marlin Bar/Restaurant a few times during our stay (twice the day we enjoyed their kayaks and stand up paddleboards). While slightly higher prices than some of the other restaurants in the area, it was worth it. They have a wide variety of options for food, but one of the highlights was their Greek salad. Their fish... More

Filipina Charisse and her Australian boyfriend James run a great restaurant. I enjoyed every dish. Even simple desserts such as banana splits were well presented, but the Australian Angus hamburger was almost out of this world. The pattie was so thick, properly cooked and juicy and complemented by extras such as cucumber. Mouth watering. Worth the P30 one way tricycle... More
