We came here for dinner on our first night in Ireland. When someone tells you to go to a pub and get dinner, you think of the normal old pub food. NOT HERE! WOW! The chicken i had is definitely the best chicken dish I've had in my entire life. My husband had mussels and they were fresh and just... More

I stayed two nights in Doolin and both times I found myself at Gus O'Connor's Pub for the live music. The musicians playing trad music were great but what made it fantastic for me was the old local man they called up to sing with them. He had one leg and sang old Irish folk songs and it was THE... Had an early evening meal here. Expensive relative to the quality of food and lack of table service (have to order and pay at the bar counter). Ordered fish and chips but chips were rock hard and greasy. Allergy information available on menu but difficult to decode and no allergen-free option available on the menu.

After the Cliffs of Moher, we were starving-- the place looked full, but we secured a table- you walk up to the bar, place your order and voila- within 5-10 minutes we were fed! Food was really pretty good!! Fun place!

The food was nice, but we had to wait quite a long time to get a table, then we had to order at the entrance. The waiters were not unpleasant, but not really nice either.

This place was really crowded when the locals began to play. Luckily we got a table right next to them. The food was good but difficult to order due to the crowds.

A traditional Irish pub with friendly and helpful staff and very busy with trippers and visitors from around the world. It seems to be attracting a good proportion of the local dining trade.

My daughter was feeling a bit bus-sick by the time we got here, so I was delighted to see Beef-&-Guinness stew on the menu. The hearty pub fare set her up for the rest of the tour.

The place was packed, noisy and warm. There were lots of locals which is the best recommendation. The staff were friendly, efficient and the food was good quality pub fare, came quickly, although we were not rushed. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer
