The food here was the best of all the pubs we ate at in Ireland, and the music was fantastic. The musicians play at one of the tables in the main room by the bar (not the room with the fireplace), so try to get a seat there.

A surprisingly big pub. A local guy said the local population of Doolin is 300 and shoots up to 3000 in the Summer. Makes sense why all the pubs seem to have rather huge interiors / added on rooms etc. Etc. Lots of American accents. Guinness is good. Bar folk are friendly.

We ended up going there for dinner both nights we were there because we enjoyed it so much the first night. The food was good and the band that played Irish music that night was great!

We were told to walk in, find a table, get the number, and order at the bar as soon as possible. Great advice as two large tours came in right after. Not the most hospitable because they are super busy but food was delicious and delivered in less than ten minutes! Great ambiance in the place with patches aling one... More

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Cliffs of Moher. Got the fish and chips which were good. You order at the bar and give them your table number and then they bring it to your table. The space is larger than I first thought as there is a back room as well which is good because it got... More

This was my first taste of Guinness with Blackberry currant..and it was amazing! We enjoyed the ambience of the pub, and we had a wonderful time hanging out after our walk through the cliffs. Unfortunately we got here a little later than expected, so we couldn't really shop in the local shops. One of our team did get a sheepskin... More

Came here for the second time and this one was not as good as the first one. I ordered burger with bacon (much better cheese if you do not mind it) and it was not amazing as it can be in other places. Thick burger, that's all. Bread not good, salad essential and maybe the best thing were chips. Positive... More
