This was the lunch stop on a bus tour that we took from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher. It would be easy for a small village pub to struggle with two bus loads of tourists, but they excelled! As with many pubs, you order...More

This pub was full of people, drinks/food & music by 6pm on a Friday night. How we found a table was a small miracle as the place was bursting but this pub can handle anything. Order at the bar for food & drinks & it...More

This was my first experiance in having too go to the bar to order your food and drinks. Pay for them or start a tab using your credit card. Them take your drinks back and wait for your food. However the tge food was great...More

O'Conners is a pub in the quaint village of Doolin. Apart from a menu that presents the best of traditional Irish food and drink the evening is concluded by the live Irish music. The quality of the food that is served is excellent especially the...More

Great atmosphere, live music nightly a full bar with at least 10 brews on tap. Live musicians (local talent) playing traditional Irish music. Delicious menu. Recommend the Beef & Guiness stew.

At lunch, O'Connors serves the bus trade for tours of the area. Consequently, the ambience is more that of a cafeteria than a pub. That said, they've mastered the lunch business well. The menu is limited, but diverse. The food is served very quickly. I...More

Didn't enjoy O'Connors as much as McDermotts. It was early in the week and packed with tourists. Just not the same local flavor. More of a tour bus feel The music is hard to be located near and they seemed burned out on being there....More

Gus O'Connell's is my favorite out of the four well-known pubs in little Doolin. The music sessions are great, the food is really good (I had the Guinness beef stew, which was one of the best I've ever had), and the atmosphere is classy, cozy...More

This place wins for location and comfort. Maybe we were lucky, but both times we went, were able to get a table right away. The food was great, and of course the Guinness was perfect. I'd love to have the burger again right now!

No reservations needed, just walk in and find yourself a table. Get a menu and order at the bar because there is no table service. Then sit back and enjoy the atmosphere.
