Wonderful Chowder & Brown Bread

This Bar is part of Hotel Doolin where we were staying. We had a wonderful lunch on Saturday of Chowder, Brown Bread & a Pint of fantastic Guinness. Nice atmosphere & staff were great.

This pub was connected to the hotel we were staying at in Doolin. We were there in the off season so this was the only place open. We were in luck! It was perfect! The hotel had given us a complementary voucher for a red ale at Fitz's. We ended up having the ale plus ordered dinner. I've seen previous... More

10 of us including children went here on NYE - didn't eat, we just stayed for drinks and enjoyed the Trad Session that was taking place. Music and atmosphere was brilliant, as was the Irish dancer!

They know they are going to be serving the crowds from the cliffs so everything appears to be served cafeteria style (grab a tray, let the chef know what you want, he serves you a portion from pre-made entrees). The most important thing though is it doesn't tast like cafeteria food, it tastes like average to good pub fare so... More

We were here again for a 60th birthday party and I must say, while I had a small issue with beer recommendations on a food menu, I was very impressed this time! The venue is ideal for a party! Especially for one where there were over thirty musicians playing!!! :-) The staff were very friendly and helped everyone to be... More

Fitz's have really got it all. Great food, great beer with plenty of variety and music all weekend. It's the newest of the bunch in terms of pubs in Doolin but they really know how to give a great experience.

We stopped as a part of an organized tour group with 65 people on two buses! No problem! This place is set up for just such groups to get fed from a very nice buffet with good food. The restaurant part has plenty of seating and was nice. Just a few feet away is the little Pub section where you... More

The reason for the questionable title is my wife and son have never experienced a dish so incredibly delicious, but so simple. When my son asked the server behind the prepared food display case the name of the dish he jokingly responded "amazing" and according to my very picky adult son he was more than correct. My description will not... More

My family and I enjoyed the best burger ever at this pub. The warm fire was very welcome on a chilly night in Doolin.
