Ordered seafood pasta and was served what was certainly frozen seafood from a packet complete with seafood extender! Was not expecting that given the sign out the front that said "always fresh seafood". To top it off, it lacked flavour and seasoning. My partner ordered duck and I'm almost certain it was deep fried. The pizza might be better, but... More

An above average restaurant well away from Doolin proper, specials are highlighted on a outside marque, the menu is more inclusive and does include pizza if I remember correctly

On good luck passed the restaurant on return of our trip trough the Burren. Their board with the meals at the side of the road attracted us. All members of our family were very satisfied with their meals. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was cosy, small and quiet with a nice atmosphere.

Interesting fare, able to serve all 15 of us at once, we even went back for take-out. Friendly, and accommodating staff.

We had dinner here and enjoyed it. When you enter there's a door to the right and one to the left. We went to the left which is a smallish room with about six tables. We shared a goats cheese and pepper starter which was quite a large portion. I have a smoked salmon and crab claw latter which was... More

Ended up here for dinner as the pub next door was RAMMED. Wasnt expecting much as there was no-one else in there (although others did arrive after us). Lovely menu and lovely wine. Very good value too.

Stopped in here because the sign outside caught my eye. I ordered the vegetarian pizza and it hit the spot, it had broccoli and corn along with the other usual veggies. I was so excited I forgot to take a picture but I also ordered the 'banoffee' for dessert and my husband ordered chocolate cake (asked for ice cream on... More

After a rather rainy day, we stopped into the Riverside Bistro for dinner and we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was cozy and quiet with a crackling fire and excellent food. A better wine list would make it even better, but I still recommend it to anyone staying in Doolin.
