Had a lunch and a dinner at McDermott’s. Food was excellent with the Irish Stew being the star. Great staff, Great drinks, and of course great beer.

They serve a local, seasonal lamb shank with roasted carrots and sweet potatoes. Our server knew exactly which farm provided their lamb.

We had the fortune of catching a trad set here that was amazing. We had a few pints with our dinner - beef stew and fish and chips, all delicious - and then the music started. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Doolin.

We were there with small tour group (OAT) and had an excellent dinner. The fish and chips were delicious, as well as the beef and Guinness stew! This is a small town pub, definitely worth a stop if you're are on the area.

I believe so. My son is a vegetarian and opted for three appetizers/sides all of which he enjoyed. I do believe there are vegetarian meal options as well.
