While most of the food was good, some cons that I (an my party) experienced was: the shrimp was over cooked (shell stuck to the shrimp), service was lacking (infrequent refills, water tasted nasty, and tea tasted old) and lastly bring earplugs if you’re sensitive...to sounds as the live music is very loud and you will leave with a headache.More

Had a nice time at dinner. Staff were friendly and did a great job. Food was really quite good. We had a blacken salmon salad and a shrimp po boy. Both were quite tasty and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had been to the other location on Cheat Lake before they changed its name but this was my first time at this location. Like the other location, the food was very good. I had the Low Country Boil with the hot mess sauce and...it was great. The only thing keeping me from giving a higher rating was the service. I sat at the bar. The bartender had a very pleasant personality and was certainly pleasant to look at, but she had a lot to learn about the menu. When I asked if they could do a flavored margarita she said "I think I can do a strawberry margarita". I asked a few questions about the menu that she could not answer without looking at the menu or checking with someone else. She said that she had not worked there very long. She brought my meal without the fritters that come with it. When I told her about it, again she had to look at the menu to see that the meal did come with fritters. Any server or bartender should know the menu, but she can't be blamed for her lack of training.More

Went to dinner in Morgantown after shop and wanted seafood, we are not a big fan of Red Lobster, so my daughter found the Caribbean Crab Shak, so my husband and I decided to check it out, what a wonderful place and the food was...out standing. And well worth traveling over 1 hour to eat. We will be going back.More

We were seated and stared at by the employees and no one came to our table to wait on us. The place was pretty empty. One very drunk guy at the bar, bartender only waited on him. As we left no one said sorry or...anything. Don’t waste your time at this place. Much better option in the area.More

I have no idea what the last few reviews were about but we came in from DC to go to a football game and found out favorite place. Excellent waitress knew all the drinks and suggestions. Had fried tomatoes, crab dip, shrimp salad and tuna...salad and good drink choice especially the pubs colada/ strawberry daiquiri mix. everything was great. We will be back.More

We used to love this place, but our last two visits made us say never again. We were disappointed in their menu change as some of out favorites were gone, but combine that with poor service and even poorer food and it was a big...disappointment.More

My husband and I decided to try this on our way through town. We weren’t disappointed! The steam pots are fantastic, and entire restaurant very clean and staff extremely attentive and friendly. Honestly next time I think we will split the dinner because the portions...are so big. We wanted to try one of the delicious looking desserts but didn’t have room. Will definitely be here again.More

I did not have high hopes for this place because of their geographic location, but never expected the level of grossness that we encountered. We ordered the Lobster Steamers ( approx $42.00 per serving) and they arrived in Plastic Bags! Obviously, preassembled and frozen, this...mess was covered in tasteless grease trying to pass as garlic butter. The shrimp and lobster were both tough and overdone, the potato underdone and the ear of corn looked so terrible that I did not even attempt eating it. Not to be outdone by the lack of quality food, our server Lindsay was not knowledgeable about the menu or the preparation of the food. She was inattentive, provided clumsy service and should never have been allowed to wait on customers without much more coaching/training. All in all a horrible experience and not one to ever be repeated.More
