Freshly cooked, prepared with care. Nice restaurant. We often stop on our way to the summer house, everything is fenerally perfect, the desert choice is fenomenal!

We were hungry for lunch and decided we didn't want to stop at yet another fastfood place. So merely by chance we saw Restaurang Brändåsen and decided to try it. Now most roadside restaurants are not too much to brag about, and as a comparison...I must admit that Restaurang Brändåsen does make an effort to stand out. It prepares the meals well, at least the ones we were served, were well made and there was a generous salad buffet included. The open restaurant is maybe not the most charming, but the staff try to keep up with the busy business and there seemed to be empty tables at steady rate. But the food was good and honest.More
