Managed to get a table at this well known establishment for Sunday lunch, we were greeted by friendly staff and served quickly. The choice of four delicious cooked meats and a good selection of tasty vegetables all made for a satisfying meal. Have been several times before and always get treated very well and never rushed even though it is... More

Visited the Bush inn on Wednesday 25th January with my grand parents. The service was really good, and the menu was really simple and easy to choose from which is good. I had the steak and ale pie which was clearly homemade and the portion size was huge. Puddings were really lovely too. The staff are a real credit to... More

19 of us turned up after 13:00 on New Year's Day without booking in advance and still got served with quality food in a timely manner.

My partner and I went there for Sunday lunch, had a lovely carvery meal. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side, but the food was cooked very well.

Great location. Excellent food. We often use the Bush Inn for family gatherings at their Sunday carvery. The food has always been outstanding. A choice of four main joints of meat (you can have some of each), selection of vegetables, Yorkshires, gravy and sauces. Followed by home-made desserts. You will not leave here hungry! They could do with a few... More

Went to the bush for Sunday lunch with the family. The carvery was delicious; the roast potatoes were perfect, the Yorkshire puddings were great and the meat was amazing. This review would have been 5 stars however, the staff really let the side down. After having to track down a waitress to order dessert, it never came. We waited for... More

I had Sunday lunch here while staying at Bluestone. Great carvery (best beef had for ages) and ok surroundings so would recommend. It was very busy so would advise to book, as we did, if going at 1ish. I would also mention that our satnav didn't recognise the location though easy to work out where it was. The building is... The Bush Inn makes a Sunday buffet to die for. They offer four different types of meat gravy and potatoes made in different ways and many vegetables that are not just plain boiled but tasty with sauces that I do not know. If you can't decide on which meat you want you can have a bit of all of them... More

Popped in for dinner with the kids. The staff were fantastic, as was the food. Best weve had locally for a while.
