Good home cooking of local specialities cook with passion and original ingredients make a wonderful combination. Especially the pasta dishes but evenly across the board. You won't leave here hungry but you will leave satisfied.

you must try this restaurant if you are passing by it has become a family favourite when we visit our holiday home in Valmozzola. The ravioli taster plate is unbelievable, the caramelised leek in particular is delicious. We have sampled everything from horse to lasagne here and every dish has been fantastic. I cant recommend this place enough!

You can not find more authentic, delicious and fresh Parmesan cuisine anywhere. I've been going to this family run Osteria for years and have sent both friends and family to enjoy the friendly hospitality and extraordinary (but traditional) food.

We have been in Italy and stumbled onto this gem of a restaurant en route to Bolzano. Our highlights were the beetroot tortellini and pumpkin gnocchi, even the bread was memorable. Made our day!!!

I loved it! Don't miss it in Parma. Genuine cooking, excellent products. Surprising and delicious pumpkin tortelli. Prosciutto, vegetables, cheese are excellent. Each dish is an experience. It reminded me the family lunches I had at my grand-parents house.

The first time I ever went to this osteria I was invited by two people born and raised in Parma. It is not "in" the city of Parma but is easily reached by car...minutes off the CISA highway going towards La Spezia. While we were dining, one of the Barilla brothers walked in and had lunch...enough said. That was 2... More

I came across this tiny, unpretentious but obviously carefully looked after restaurant while driving on a business trip near Fornovo di Taro. It was a bit late but the owners (the restaurant is family owned) accomodated us nevertheless. I decided to try the traditinal tortelli (stuffed pasta made in square shape like ravioli). I was born and live in the... More
