The food was good, but not the best we had on this trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This restaurant has stellar views of the ocean and you can watch the surfers on the water while enjoying your drink or food.

We stopped in here after surfing to get a quick bite before heading home. Really just wanted something to 'tide us over'. I order. Seafood chowder - it was watery and very very salty - ate the nice dark rye bread with butter but could...More

O'Looneys is situated right on the promenade in Lahinch. Lovely staff who were very helpful but the food was disappointing and expensive. I would suggest if you are going for food only that you avoid and consider elsewhere.
Went into Waves for some lunch. Ordered the Thai Red curry for both adults, kids had a pizza and goujons. Curry was particularly bland. Pizza was barely edible. Goujon and chips were fine. Unfortunately, it seems this place is relying on the fantastic views of...More
