The rooms are a nice size, with free Internet and comfortable beds. The amenties in the bathroom are minimal, and the lighting is poor for shaving and makeup, but that seems to be par for the course in the UK and Ireland. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but the dinner of sea trout, a shrimp and salmon appetizer, and dessert... More

€90 for a room no breakfast incl. Rooms ok but those 'wet room' showers aren't great. But at 3am a percussive pounding was going on for about an hour. When I queried with staff they had no idea of the reason and suggested the radiators! I'd say they'll blow soon if so. Poor value really but the bar was lively... More

We stayed for two nights and although breakfast was good the rooms were quite noisy (not so much from the traffic outside but the other residents). well located for twon, shops and restuarants though.

Two 10oz sirloin steaks with any side for 25 Euro. An absolute bargain !!! Cooked just how we wanted them and washed down with an exceptional pint of Guinness. The waitresses on duty are a credit to their parents and the hotel management. If your looking for somewhere to eat in Letterkenny on a Wednesday night, then look no further.

We had dinner here two nights in a row, and the fish entree was served with exactly the same sauce on the second night as the first.

Visited on Friday night as a group of 9 for a family birthday. Food, drinks and service, start to finish was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and nothing was a bother to the staff. Food was delicious and extremely generous portions. We will certainly return.

Just back from a weekend here. This hotel is so well run, the staff are so good, nothing is too much bother. The receptionist is so experienced , I wish I could remember their names but they do a fantastic job. The room was so clean, bed so comfortable and the black out curtains so good that we slept in... We stayed at the Station House Hotel for 2 nights in January 2016. Our room was on the first floor and was a good size. There is a tv, kettle for making tea/coffee and a hair dryer. I was a little disappointed to see that there was no carpet on the floor as this helps to keep the noise down.... More

Stayed in this hotel for my friends 40th in November 2015. Had a great stay so as we needed a well deserved break for New Year I phoned up at last minute and was able to get a room for 2 nights. Both visits rooms were great. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. It is a good located hotel.... More
