Actually found this place after along a wrong turn off the Wild Atlantic Way looking for a coffee and loo break. Once inside we were charmed by a huge table of delicious homemade cakes. Once at our lovely table in the flower filled conservatory we were charmed again by the delicious menu, and decided to have lunch. We had a... More

Very deceptive tea rooms with well manicured gardens to the rear. The food was prompt well presented and very tasty and I thought the place was a real find. The beautiful weather and resident friendly Robbin added to the afternoon

We stopped here for coffee and cake based on a suggestion from a friend ... I don't know that I'd stop again. We both had Americano coffees and these were well done and strong however the cakes - I had coffee & walnut and he had lemon - were dry and crumbly or overly sweet respectively. The service was slow... More

Visited this restaurant today after reading some very good reviews. I brought my visiting family for lunch. The setting is nice however the food was very disappointing..We ordered 'gourmet' sandwiches and soup at a cost of 10euro each. The ham and cheese sandwiches we were served were far from gourmet.2 slices of thinly sliced bread with thinly sliced ham and a limb... Four of us had lunch and dessert. Today we had cauliflower soup and fresh ham and cheddar sandwiches. We had Malbec wine which was excellent. The desserts are all made fresh, we had carrot cake (my brother said best ever), lemon pie and chocolate cake, all outstanding. Service was well done, would recommend this establishment to all.

We stopped here for a van break and couldn't have been happier with this stop. The place was an adorable little tea room with some tables, a few comfy chairs to flop on and a beautiful outdoor patio. The staff were as nice and cute as the tea room. Beautiful place to sit outdoors for a quick, quaint cup of... More

Our host at our B & B suggested we stop here for lunch while visiting The Burren. Everything was lovely! We had a jug of their berry flavored water and it was great! My husband had the grilled cheese and I had a ham sandwich and we'd both order them again in a heartbeat. Save room for dessert because they... More

This Tea Rooms on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ballyvaughan is the most beautiful little Tea rooms I have ever been in. They are doing everything right with delicious sandwiches and cakes in a magnificent setting. I only wish there were more of them around the country but then maybe it wouldn't be so special.... I don't want to spoil... More

Went for lunch with my family here today, although the food the adults had was nice the kids toasted cheese sandwich was a disgrace for €5 it was dry and the cheese was almost non existent. We drew our servers attention to this but we were still charged for the item. We then complained to the manager who was one... More
