Overpriced food. We ordered some breakfasts and asked for fried eggs. The girl behind the counter nodded. When the breakfasts arrived, the eggs were rock hard as they were microwaved . I complained about the eggs and I was told they always made eggs like...that as they didn’t have a pan to fry the eggs! What cafe doesn’t have a frying pan ? My complaint was basically ignored. The sausages were luke warm too, it was an awful breakfast . It appeared that everything was done in the microwave. There was a lot of young staff who didn’t seem to know how to handle my complaint. As we were leaving , no one asked how the meal was and when I said again about the eggs I was told they were microwaved eggs for the last 5 years and no one complained about it ! Our kids enjoyed the ice creams so it is probably best to avoid breakfast here and just stick with an ice cream! Staff ignore complaints and charge you full price regardless with no compensation for an uneaten breakfast, not even a complimentary coffee was offered , avoid !More
