Lovely restaurant with an amazing view over the harbour especially when you get a window seat. Had Hake for main meal it was absolutely delicious and the sauce served with it was delicious followed by tarte tatin which is always great.

Fresh off the dock seafood is the best. I ate at the downstairs pub several times and enjoyed the fresh steamed mussels and fillet of the day. The catered dinner upstairs after the wedding I attended was amazing in terms of the quality of food and the service for about 75 guests. Would highly recommend for a catered event.

I fish at Baltimore Deep Sea Angling Festival every year in August. Every year it is the same question where will we eat, on Wed., Thurs., Fri, and Saturday. This year life was made more complex by my wife being unable to arrive until the Saturday and being unable to give an arrival time in advance. We had planned to... More

Ok Fab view, nice proper atmosphere, staff great, but don't expect wow, though it could be super if the family let some young energetic new age local cheferie to happen. Wine average, vegetables boring= watery, sauce not enough, lobster bisque not much more than tomatoe soup . However, if you think pure, order the filet, or the lobster, tell them... More

We had a super New Year's Eve dinner in the Lookout restaurant which is what Chez Youen has become. The menu for the night was limited, but v.good. It began with a glass of Proseco then We had a choice of French onion soup or beetroot and goat's cheese salad. Next the highlight of the meal a large seafood platter,... More

This restaurant is over Jacobs Bar, we reserved it in advance of our stay and asked for a window seat. We got a fantastic table overlooking the harbour and with unreal views. Putting in the big window was a great idea to utilise the views and sunsets. Unfortunately the food wasn't great, my husband ordered the prawns starter, it wasn't... More

Four of us ate here last night for a birthday celebration. All of us ranked the meal as outstanding. Fresh fish, cooked with sublime subtlety, in a room with a view to die for. A great memory.

Very good food in a lovely spot with a great view. With a bit more research might have eaten the same food downstairs in Jacob's bar for a little less but you might say its worth it for the view

Really surprised that this restaurant has a lack of reviews , I was there with ten friends , and not only was the restaurant very busy, which added to a great atmosphere , the food was excellent . I had the king prawns and the monkfish , to be honest I could have had anything on the menu , as... More
