I dined on the street and had fresh mackerel and potatoes and veg, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, the service was great from the 3 waitresses I interacted with.

We had a late lunch at De Barra's Cafe. The fishcakes and the mussels were good and fresh. Excellent apple cake and very friendly service! Fair prices and nice atmosphere. We will be back.

We had a late family lunch here - good selection of soups, salads and sandwiches as well as hot meals. Lots of locals in there too.

This is like a favorite sweater for me on the Wild Atlantic Way. One that keeps getting warmer. I see after a decade of having my seat ready they gave it a fresh snap...without changing its simplistic beauty. My father was submariner in the USN. He only trusted restaurants where he could order eggs and bacon "anytime". Trust this place.... More

After exploring a variety of towns during the day, we stopped in Bantry for dinner. We explored the town and read the menus of the various restaurants and chose this one as the menu listed foods that will appeal to each appetite. The restaurant's decor was very charming as was the owner. Two of us had steaks and two had... More
