The best thing about this place is the music for sure. Nothing else is of particular note. We went at 8:45pm for music that started at 10pm and it was already standing room only. It gets very warm inside with so many people standing body...More

We went in for a Tuesday night drink. A fine traditional band were playing and the place was hopping. Fine craft beers and Gin and Tonics were had. Lots of American tourists soaking up and enjoying the atmosphere a most pleasant experience.

We went there after a meal in Mitchell’s . It was a good choice . Good music & good atmosphere. Right in the centre of Clifton . Worth a visit .

Beautiful authentic Irish Pub in the very centre of Clifden town. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of ciders and then out of nowhere a superb Traditional/Folk/Modern Irish Music session, no stage, just the musicians seating on seats and benches, like everyone else, unforgettable.

Had great night here listening to the music and meeting people from all over the world. Bar staff are efficient but more importantly friendly.

Stopped in here to watch a game and have a few drink. A busy pub with a trad scence going on, a good array of beers and whiskeys toilets clean ... enough said.
