Went for dinner 9th August.lady who took the booking couldn't have been nicer. On arrival the man at reception walked us into the restaurant pointed at a table in the far corner and said , that's your table in the corner. He promptly walked off...in the other direction. We were eventually given menus had tobask for water ..even though 23 degrees outside, no wine list offered. Starters were lively, then the main course, mine was slammed onto the table in front of me my partners fish and chips was accompanied with a tartar sauce that tasted like salad cream, I had a vegetarian pasta which had raw peppers in it and no flavour at all, calling it bland is a compliment, when the table was checked I did say this and the waitress offered to get me something else, but quite frankly I thought it safer not to and left over 3 quarters of the dish. When asking around kinsale this place was highly recommended so we were majorly disappointed on the lack of customer service and especially the food, a major let down for irish hospitality.More

Great seafood, I had the seafood clam chowder and it was great! The place has a wine bar, jazz bar, pub and outside more casual food truck so there are plenty of options to fit the vibe! Friendly people and great service. Packed on a...Saturday so definitely get reservations or tickets for the jazz concert. Highly recommend though great menu!More

We were not booked in but got a table for bar service at 6ish. Lovely ambiance and looked after by the bar man Shah . I went for 2 starters; scallops and Duck . Good portions and super tasty . My wife went for the...Malaysian rice with prawn . Again, thumbs up. Prices were good and we were very happy with our 2 hours in the White Lady . Recommended .More

As soon as we walked in the door, we found ourselves instantly curious of our surroundings, thanks to Anthony's warm and humoured welcome. We were down for a short 4 day visit to the gorgeous Kinsale. On day 2 we tried the white lady for...a drink, before we knew it, it was dinner time, which meant time to leave, even though we didn't want to. We ended up popping up to the white lady again the next day to watch the rugby. Having only realised that the white lady does gorgeous food and B&B service, we were only gutted that we weren't staying there. It was the best fun, with the most delicious pints and stunning food. The staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend this place. I cannot recommend Anthony, his staff and his pub enough. Eimear & MaxMore

We ate here recently and the food was delicious. We ordered the spring rolls and Thai green chicken curry. Both were really tasty. Each staff member we met was as friendly and helpful as the one before. Couldn’t recommended this place highly enough.

Good food. Lovely helpful staff and then there was Anthony. Great evening. Well worth a visit. To start had chowder and it was gorgeous with subtle eastern flavor. Chicken Korma was lovely. The Boss had Tempura prawns and she said the prawns were cooked to...perfection. This is a friendly wonderful spot that just puts a smile on your face.More

First class hospitality at the White Lady on a fantastic weekend in Kinsale! Anthony and his team were very accommodating and helpful during the stay with plenty of great recommendations for walks, pubs and eateries around Kinsale. The room was perfect for the stay and...the full Irish breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to the day! I can’t wait to go back!More

Really good food here, and portions are more than generous. Since I am crazy about seefood, I ordered seafood chowder and fisherman's pie. I would recommend this for sure! Btw, our host was Anthony, one friendly lad who answered all of our quiestions, and helped...us to choose what to eat. The rest of the staff is also polite and nice.More

My wife and I stayed at The White Lady for a few nights in October '21. We had no knowledge of Kinsale prior so choosing a B&B was kind of a shot in the dark. We learned immediately upon arrival that we had chosen right....Anthony was the perfect host with great recommendations, the food was outstanding, prices were reasonable, and almost everything in Kinsale was walking distance. The atmosphere was quaint and the bar was filled with fun memorabilia. Two enthusiastic thumbs up as The White Lady proved to be exactly what we were looking for during our Irish adventure.More
