My daughter and her friend had booked a table for 6.30 last saturday night. They arrived on time and placed their order at 6.45 approx. They sat in the cold and waited 45 minutes for their food. They were so cold by the time the...food came out that they took it home to eat it. Very disappointed to say the least. No explanation given or a free drink while waiting in the cold.More

We were beyond disappointed with our meal from this hotel. For what we had, it was totally overpriced. The prawn starter we got was €22 EACH, so naturally was expecting something amazing. It was tiny (7 small prawns) and was mediocre standard. The salad that...accompanied it was also poor and was dry without salad dressing. Don’t know if these people are thinking they’re fine dining or what with those prices, but the standard was certainly not in keeping with the price. Attached a picture of prawns for reference.More

Stayed in the white lady hotel kinsale for 2nights, the owners were lovely, the food in the hotel was outstanding in every way, the presentation was amazing. Everyone goes there for the delicious food in the bar and restaurant.

We had a quick 2 night stay with Roman and his team, and although very busy he was able to accommodate us for both evening meals. Both nights the food was exceptional, in particular the fish pie, which was full of big chunks of fish...while my wife had the prawns which were large and plentiful. The breakfast in the morning was enough to do till evening, its a hidden gem and well worth a visit ahead of some of the more well known eateries in Kinsale. And for those with an interest in golf Roman has a fine array of golf memorabilia in the bar from many of the "great and good" of the golf world. We will be back.More

Spend 2 evenings at the White Lady - ate in the Restaurant 1 evening and the Bar the 2nd evening. Food was amazing - 6 of us had different dishes and all were so tasty. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Sean looked after us extremely...well, he is a gent. All staff wearing face masks or visors and adhering to Covid 19 guidelines. Would definitely recommend a visit to the White Lady.More

The best Irish welcome from Patrick this evening. Atmosphere was great, food even better, couldn’t fault it! A hidden gem in Kinsale. People always recommend Fishy Fishy and The Black Pig, but this place is well worth a visit! Left with a lovely gift as...we mentioned in conversation that we had just bought our first house which topped off the evening :) would recommend to a friend!More

Myself & three friends arrived on a Friday evening after a long day on motorbikes, diuring our road trip. We were greeted by Anthony & his business partner on arrival - a rare thing these days. We settled in & secured our bikes in secure...parking & set to dinner & a couple of drinks. Great stay, super hospitality, the four dinner dishes we all had were superb, Thai theme but the restaurant/ take away caters for all tastes! Breakfast next morning was fresh, great produce. Highly recommend, rooms are very comfy & bathrooms spotless clean & the hotel is off a quiet main thoroughfare, but still central. Will return. Recommended for sure in kinsale area. Tks guys.More

Thank you Anthony and all the staff at The White Lady for two memorable evenings. Beautiful food, seafood salad was A1. Your warm welcome, the chats and the local recommendations for Kinsale were spot on. All the staff were so attentive and friendly and the...atmosphere was perfect in the relaxed, candlelit pub. 5 stars from moi! We will be back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again, Lisa😊More
